Kin & Quarter framed canvas works are made to order. Standard U.S. shipping is included in the listed price for current framed canvas works unless checkout shows a separate service or destination-specific charge.

Most pieces leave production in 7-14 business days. Once production is complete, the piece ships with tracking. Large framed canvas requires protective packaging, so transit timing can vary by size, destination, and carrier handling.

If you are ordering for an installation date, staging deadline, or client project, contact us before ordering with the piece name, destination ZIP, and deadline so we can review timing before production starts.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, contact us within 10 calendar days after delivery with clear photos of the artwork and packaging, including the shipping label, frame, and canvas. Keep the packaging and contact us before sending anything back. We provide a free replacement, including delivery, for damaged, defective, or materially incorrect items supported by these photos. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact us about later-discovered defects so we can review the issue and your applicable rights. To request a change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. The artwork must be in perfect condition (undamaged and unaltered) and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us first for written return instructions and the return address before shipping anything back. Please do not send an item to our production partner or any other address without our instructions. We refund the amount paid for the returned artwork to your original payment method within 10 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned artwork. We do not deduct a restocking fee or the cost of the included original Standard U.S. shipping from that refund. See our returns and damage policy for details.
