FAQ
Framed canvas questions
Short answers for sizing, made-to-order production, shipping, returns, damage support, and custom requests.
How are sizes measured?
Listed sizes refer to the canvas artwork size before the floating frame is added. The frame adds a small amount to the finished outside width and height, usually about 1 to 2 inches total depending on the frame finish and production tolerance.
If the piece needs to fit an exact wall, niche, or built-in opening, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best finished outside dimension.
Why not list the framed outside size?
Canvas artwork sizes are the standard size language for large wall art, and they keep the catalog easy to compare across formats. We call out the frame addition anywhere it affects fit, because the finished object is slightly larger than the listed canvas size.
Is shipping included?
Standard U.S. shipping is included in the listed price for current framed canvas works. Each piece is made to order, then ships with tracking after production is complete. Large framed canvas needs protective packaging, so production and transit timing can vary by size and destination. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes. Send the wall size, preferred work, frame finish, ship-to ZIP, and timing through the custom size form. Custom dimensions are quoted manually before production, and we will confirm whether the requested scale is appropriate for the artwork and frame.
How do returns work?
Because framed canvas works are made to order, cancellations and returns are limited once production begins. If a piece arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork so we can review a replacement or resolution. Preference returns, when approved, require the customer to cover return shipping and the piece must come back in original condition and packaging.
