FAQ

Framed canvas questions

Short answers for sizing, shipping, returns, and custom requests.

How are sizes measured?

Listed sizes refer to the canvas artwork size before the floating frame is added. The frame adds a small amount to the finished outside width and height, usually about 1 to 2 inches total depending on the frame finish and production tolerance.

If the piece needs to fit an exact wall, niche, or built-in opening, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best finished outside dimension.

Why not list the framed outside size?

Canvas artwork sizes are the standard size language for large wall art, and they keep the catalog easy to compare across formats. We call out the frame addition anywhere it affects fit, because the finished object is slightly larger than the listed canvas size.

Is shipping included?

Standard U.S. shipping is included in the listed price for current framed canvas works. Express or special handling may price separately at checkout when available.

Can I request a custom size?

Yes. Send the wall size, preferred work, frame finish, and timing through the custom size form. Custom dimensions are quoted manually before production.

How do returns work?

Returns are limited once production begins. Customers cover return shipping for preference returns unless a piece arrives damaged or materially incorrect.
