Returns and refunds

Kin & Quarter framed canvas works are made to order. Because each piece is produced for the selected artwork, size, and frame finish, cancellations and returns are limited once production begins.

If your order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, frame, and canvas. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or other resolution.

Preference returns may be reviewed case by case before production begins or shortly after delivery. Approved preference returns must be shipped back in original condition and original protective packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the piece arrived damaged or materially incorrect.

Custom size, trade, and special-order pieces may be final sale once production begins unless they arrive damaged or materially incorrect.
