Refund policy
Returns and damage support
Kin & Quarter framed canvas works are made to order. We accept change-of-mind return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery under the conditions below.
For a cancellation request, please use our contact form as soon as possible. We will check whether production can be stopped and confirm the outcome. Cancellation is not guaranteed once production begins.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, contact us within 10 calendar days after delivery with clear photos of the artwork and packaging, including the shipping label, frame, and canvas. Keep the packaging and contact us before sending anything back. We provide a free replacement, including delivery, for damaged, defective, or materially incorrect items supported by these photos. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact us about later-discovered defects so we can review the issue and your applicable rights.
To request a change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. The artwork must be in perfect condition (undamaged and unaltered) and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us first for written return instructions and the return address before shipping anything back. Please do not send an item to our production partner or any other address without our instructions.
We refund the amount paid for the returned artwork to your original payment method within 10 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned artwork. We do not deduct a restocking fee or the cost of the included original Standard U.S. shipping from that refund.
Standard U.S. shipping is included in the listed price for current framed canvas works; it is not a separately charged original shipping fee.
For return requests and order support, use our contact form or email support@kinandquarter.com. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including for defective goods.
